Win a Copy of Chunky Knits for Craft Book Month! (CLOSED)

I can't believe it's already Craft Book Month again! This year is extra special because I'm celebrating with a few projects from my own craft book, Chunky Knits: 31 Projects for You & Your Home Knit with Bulky Yarn, to be released October 14th. And guess what? You can win your very own copy! Skip to the Rafflecopter to enter, and take a look at some projects from the book on your way down there.

Congrats to Josie S., the winner of her very own copy of Chunky Knits!

Chunky Knits was made with the help of several awesome contributors, giving me the chance to knit up their work. And boy did I knit! I've already made half of the projects from the book for myself and as gifts.

The Patterns

One category I focused on in Chunky Knits was home décor. Lately, I just can't have enough knits hanging around, whether it's the honeycomb throw I designed to drape over the couch (pictured below) or Erin Black's cabled pouf you see the doggy cuddling up to on the book cover.

Megan Mannell designed these cute, easy jar cozies (pictured below). I know they're easy because I already knit several as gifts!

Nguyen Le designed this awesome tech case for all your gadget needs, and it's super simple to alter the pattern for anything from e-readers to iPads.

The Melagrana Capelet (below) that Maria Naslund designed is one of the most difficult patterns in the book, but it's worth it! It would be perfect for fall.

How to win a copy

Like what you see? There's lots more knitting goodness in Chunky Knits! Enter below to win your very own copy when it's released in October!

Craft Book Month
September marks the 4th Annual Craft Book Month at Craft Buds! This year, we're excited to celebrate all month long with a blog hop of inspiring craft book projects and LOTS of giveaways for sewing along with a sewing, knitting, cookbook or other craft book of YOUR CHOICE. If you are a craft book hoarder, you are not alone. Several years ago, I had an urge to dust off my craft books, unfold those crisp pattern sheets and put those patterns to good use by actually making some projects. :)

2014 Craft Book Month Blog Hop!

I've teamed up with some fabulous bloggers who will be showing off their projects made from craft books, all month long!
Monday 9/1: Fabric Mutt / Lindsay Sews
Tuesday 9/2: Rae Gun Ramblings / Craftside
Monday 9/8: Hopeful Threads / sewVery
Tuesday 9/9: 13 Spools / Lisa Liza Lou
Wednesday 9/10: Stitch This! / My Sewcial Hour

To participate in the month-long contest, just link up any project you've made from a pattern in a craft book. That easy! You'll tell us a little about the book, the project, how you personalized it, etc. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, October, 1!
